The fence posts and gates are first fabricated in our metal fabrication unit, then transferred to our powder coating unit for surface protection. This process ensures the mild steel or galvanized materials are adequately shielded. The coating can be customized according to location requirements and client preferences.
Before coating, the metal surfaces undergo a thorough cleaning and pre-treatment process. This ensures proper adhesion and results in a high-quality finish for the top coat. The pre-treatment process is tailored to the specific properties of the post material.
After treatment, the metal is moved onto a conveyor system that guides it through the powder coating process. Both automatic and manual guns are used to apply a uniform coat across the surface, based on client specifications. Our standard production includes a protective base coat with a glossy top coat of RAL6005 (dark green).
We regularly test treatment chemicals to ensure the required concentration levels, guaranteeing excellent surface properties for the material. Once finished, the goods undergo rigorous quality testing to ensure the highest standards of protection for the metal surface.
